Wits Commercial Enterprise, in collaboration with Printing SA, offers a Short Business Management Programme (BMP). This NQF level 5 programme has been customised to specifically suit the management development needs of the Printing and Packaging Industry.

2. Management development programme

Wits Commercial Enterprise, in collaboration with Printing SA, offers a Short Management Development Programme (MDP). This NQF level 7 programme has been designed to broaden the perspectives of managers, salespeople and specialists in the Printing, Packaging and Signage Industry whose previous experience has mainly been in specialist areas, by providing knowledge, skills and techniques that will lead to more professional management, the ability to make sound and informed decisions, increase the effectiveness of working with diversity in the workplace, and to foster awareness of economic, political and social factors affecting business management.

The Regional Chambers of Printing SA provide a range of personalised Labour Law Workshops designed to provide first line management, or those aspiring to such positions, the necessary knowledge and skill
