
Junior Technical Support Technician – Print & Packaging
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an entry-level, tech-savvy individual to join our support team. If you’re eager to learn, love problem-solving, and want to build a career in print technology, we’ll provide full training on our systems, colour workflows, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with installation and setup of printing software and hardware at client sites
Support colour management tasks: calibration, profiling, and quality checks under supervision
Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, remote, and on-site visits
Log support calls, track issues, and update job records using company systems
Assist senior technicians with machine troubleshooting and maintenance
Learn and apply industry colour standards like ISO 12647, FOGRA
Maintain tools, test equipment, and company vehicle
Adhere to all health, safety, and site protocols at client premises
What We’re Looking For
Eager to learn with a genuine interest in print technology and colour
Computer literate - Windows, networking basics, MS Office. Any RIP, Adobe CC, or MIS experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license essential - you’ll travel to client sites daily
Ability to work under pressure - clients need fast, accurate solutions when presses are down
Quick learner with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Positive, professional personality - you’re the face of our company to clients
Reliable and punctual with a professional approach to work
Experience in print/packaging industry advantageous but not required - we train the right attitude
