Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Support:
   - Provide technical support for various software applications used in the print and packaging industry, colour management software, and workflow automation tools.
   - Troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
2. Colour Management:
   - Develop, implement, and maintain colour management systems to ensure accurate colour reproduction across various devices and substrates.
   - Profile and calibrate devices, including monitors, printers, and presses.
3. Training and Support:
   - Provide training and support to customers, colleagues, and internal teams on software applications and colour management systems.
4. Workflow Optimization:
   - Analyze and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
   - Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline processes.

5. Assist with technical sales on all products.
