Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:
  • Set up, calibrate, and operate the Zünd digital cutting system (e.g. Zünd G3, S3, or L3).
  • Load materials such as paperboard, foam, vinyl, acrylic, corrugated, or other substrates as per job requirements.
  • Interpret and execute cutting files from software
• Quality Control:
  • Inspect finished products to ensure precision cutting, correct dimensions, and quality standards.
  • Make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and consistency throughout production.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of cutting equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve machine or software issues in coordination with technical support when needed.
• Workflow & Coordination:
  • Work closely with the design, print, and finishing teams to ensure accurate interpretation of digital files.
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time and to client specifications.
  • Maintain organized records of materials used, production times, and completed work.
• Health & Safety:
  • Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
