How about we jump into the next dimension, the Fourth Dimension—or, time. Don’t click off this blog yet, I’m being serious!
Time accounts for changes from one point to another and, in this case, how an object changes shape from the time it’s created to when it is triggered to alter itself. This is basically what 4D printing is: a jumping off point from 3D printing currently being researched by various institutions that can potentially offer us many benefits in the future.

The FESPA Awards celebrate the achievements of printers and sign-makers from across the globe. Recognising their skill, talent, creativity and innovation.
Each year, hundreds of outstanding entries are received, covering 18 speciality categories, judged and shortlisted by our panel of experts.
The Print Census aim is to update the understanding of trends, recognise challenges, and explore opportunities within print and signage. The survey explores how customer demands are growing. Findings of the Census will help develop new products and grow existing ones.
