President Ramaphosa Sent The Copyright Bill Back to Parliament

Printing SA brings you the latest developments. President Cyril Ramaphosa has referred the Copyright Amendment Bill back to the National Assembly for amendments. The Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act comes into effect on 1 July 2020, this means that entities will have to ensure compliance with the Act by 1 July 2021.
