PHOPHI FIONA RAVELE JOINS THE PRINTING SA TEAM

Printing SA is proud to welcome our new Accounting Clerk, Phophi Fiona Ravele to our Finance Team. Phophi holds a BCom in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg and a Risk-Based Internal Audit Certificate from UNISA.

Phophi has a passion in Accounts and plans to further her studies by obtaining her Honours in Accounting..

When she’s not crunching the numbers, Phophi enjoys playing Netball, reading, and spending time with her family.

GAPP PRINT EXPO 2022

Africa’s essential equipment and supplies exhibition for the printing, signage and packaging industry is back with a bigger bang than ever before!

Co-located at Propak Africa 2022, The GAPP Print Expo will take place at the Expo Centre, Johannesburg from 8-11 March.

The show will play host to manufacturers and suppliers of conventional prepress and digital printing equipment and consumables, leading suppliers and manufacturers of labelling equipment, along with frontrunners in print for packaging, where they will introduce state-of-the-art technology, advanced equipment and new approaches to print.

THE AFRICAN CONTINENTAL FREE TRADE AREA (AFCFTA) TO BOOST CREATIVE INDUSTRY

The African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) kicked off on 1 January 2021. The trade pact seeks to create a single market for goods and services and promote cross-border movement of capital and people. Currently intra-African trade is at 18% of regional integration. The AfCFTA is expected to lift around 68 million people out of poverty and make African countries more competitive.

Fellowes Beswick (a member of the Beswick Group of Companies) has today announced the acquisition of leading Southern African Print Finishing supplier Ronnie Cox Graphic Supplies. The new business will be incorporated into the Fellowes Beswick Print Finishing Division and will be jointly managed by Paul Cox and Warren Hodgson. Trading will commence on 5 th January 2022.
